a daughter, Tamara Ann Erickson and husband David of Milan, Ill. Survivors include his wife a son, Thomas Wayne Bieri and wife Melonie of Buffalo Prairie, Ill. He was a volunteer fireman with the Buffalo Prairie Fire Protection District for Buffalo Prairie and Illinois City for 32 years. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, where he was very active with the youth group and was a past trustee.
He farmed for many years and was also owner and operator, with son Tom, of Bieri Construction for more than 40 years. 10, 1959, at Zion Lutheran Church, Taylor Ridge. Bieri was born April 9, 1941, in Muscatine, the son of Wayne Jacob "Jake" and Mary Elizabeth Hayes Bieri. A memorial has been established at the funeral home Mr. Burial will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Taylor Ridge. Casket bearers are Tom Bieri, Josh Bieri, Dave Erickson, Nick Erickson, Bradley Erickson, Bill Kadel and Bill Parchert Jr.
